This contemporary traditional home on a large lot is a response to the client's desire to interact with the natural features of the site - namely a wooded lot next to a stream adjoining the site. The L-shaped plan puts all living spaces and the master bedroom directly in line with the view. Stone, board and batten and cedar shingle siding keep the cladding in sync with the natural surroundings.
