This project is based on an existing commercial property in Windsor, Ontario. The proposed retrofit adds a second storey, enabling the creation of a series of loft-like living spaces. With varying floor plates and configurations, the exterior expression is dynamic yet neighbourly. Each unit is unique, and offer either one bed + study or two bedrooms, with areas ranging from 1800 to 2100 square feet.
